The band walked away with 2 trophies at the 2011 East Anglian Brass Band Association’s contest at St Andrew’s Hall in Norwich.

Throughout December, some of the band, braving the wintry weather, entertained the customers of Roys of Wroxham, the Stalham branch of Tesco, The Star at Lessingham and The King’s Arms at Ludham.
This week the Norfolk Wherry Brass Youth Band had its Annual Prize Giving at the The New Victory Hall, Neatishead where they rehearse on Tuesdays during term time at 6pm.
Norfolk Wherry Brass was formed in 2004 by a group of musicians from across East Anglia. The band is located in Neatishead, Norfolk, at one of the most eco-friendly village halls in Great Britain, the New Victory Hall.
