New Music Director appointed

The band is pleased to announce the appointment of Eddie Baker as it’ s new Music Director. Eddie has been working with the band for several weeks to ensure that we are all suited to each other and the results are extremly  encouraging. Several former MD’s of the band including Kevin Mann have said how lucky we are to be working with Eddie. He comes to us as a highly talented cornet player and a fine drummer as well as having excellent knowledge of brass band music. Unfortunately for us he has a few previous engagements that clash with our own but we have sort talented people to cover for us. The future looks really bright.
