Over the past few weeks we’ve been working on our test piece for the National Brass Band Championships, “English Folk Songs Suite“. We will be performing it under the direction of founding Musical Director Andy Craze for the London & Southern Counties heat of the competition, held in Stevenage on 17th March.
However if you’d like to hear a sneak preview, we’re holding an open rehearsal on Tuesday 13th March in our usual rehearsal venue at the New Victory Hall in Neatishead.
You can come along free of charge on the evening from 8pm to hear how we’re getting on. There will be refreshments available from our lovely tea ladies during the break.
